Where is the best and LEAST PRICEY restaurant to pick blue crabs in close proximity to Wash DC (0-90 minutes)?

I want a hole-in-the-wall, nothing fancy, preferably on the water, that plays good music, has cold beer, and good, cheap crabs. A locals place...Where is the best and LEAST PRICEY restaurant to pick blue crabs in close proximity to Wash DC (0-90 minutes)?
I live in Southern Maryland and can confidently say that we have the best crabs anywhere! All good crab shacks are going to be a hole-in-the wall and not fancy. Some suggestions for Charles County, MD are **Capt. Johns on Cobb Island, Shymansky's on Cobb Island, Capt. Billy's in Popes Creek, Gilligans Pier in Popes Creek (they always have live bands on the weekends during the summer) or go to St. Mary's County and try Seabreeze, Sandgates, or Capt. Leonards, all in Mechancisville (Capt. Leonards has great food but isn't on the water) Enjoy! I hear the crabs are good already at Capt. Johns in Cobb Island.
take this girl on trip and tell how you feel bout her and go to California to the purple lobsterWhere is the best and LEAST PRICEY restaurant to pick blue crabs in close proximity to Wash DC (0-90 minutes)?
Mike's in Edgewater. The restaurant has great crabs, water view, and atmosphere. 35 minutes from D.C.
I would definately agree with Captian Billys in La Plata
Tims Rivershore - Woodbridge, VA

Fairfax Crabhouse - Fairfax, VA

The Dancing Crab - Either DC or Bethesda

BTW, all the cranbs you'll get now are small anyway - too early in the season

Captin Billy's Laplata, MD on the water

The Red Roost on the eastern shore outside of saliusbury under $30 all u can eat crabs Fried Shrimp, Clam Strips, French Fries, Hush Puppies, Corn on the cob and Fried Chicken, yes they have a bar and and plenty of beer http://www.theredroost.com this is my absolute favorite and the drive is wonderful. Spoken by a true blue crab eater.
I love the Quarterdeck, right in Arlington near the Iwo Jima statue. The prices are reasonable, the crabs good. However, I don't think the music is good, if even existent!
