Are there any rooftop restaurants in Washington DC?

Is so what are there names? And are the by the Capitol where the fireworks will be blown off on the fourth of July?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Are there any rooftop restaurants in Washington DC?
There is also a restaurant at the Kennedy Center, the Roof Terrace. You might be able to get in there since it's not widely known. For views not on a rooftop, but still great for fireworks, try the Sequoia restaurant on the river in Georgetown. The views are great from there.
There's a restaurant in Crystal City that has a revolving restaurant. It gives a whole view of downtown. Try googling that, I'm sure there's some in Georgetown, b/c I've heard friends talk about that sort of thing. Are there any rooftop restaurants in Washington DC?
Probably the best rooftop restaurant is the Hotel Washington. As for seeing fireworks from a rooftop restaurant, they are booked for reservations one year in advance.
There's l'oreal in Dupont. It's not a high building but they have fantastic food. It's at 18th and T St., NW
