Has anyone ever been to The Prime Rib restaurant in DC? Dress code question??!!? Need a quick answer!?

I'm planning on going to a special dinner with my guy to the Prime Rib in DC. The dress code is jacket and tie required for men...I need to know if this dress would be appropriate:

It would especially help if you've been there before...so that you would have first-hand knowledge of the atmosphere there- business oriented (at dinner not lunch) or a more romantic/relaxed character.



If not, any suggestions for a good (preferably fancy) romantic restaurant in DC?

Since he's dressed up you might as well do the same. The dress is nice and it goes good with the ambiance of Prime Rib.
