It can be a Restaurant, grocery etc...saw it on TV and interested in tasting.Where can I get really good black pudding / blood sausage in DC / MD area? Restaurant, grocery etc.?
Blood sausage is similar to puerto rican morcilla, and whenever I am looking for ingredients or something considered odd at local groceries I try the asian/international markets. A good one to try is Grand Mart, their are a few in the Northern Virginia area (Alexandria, Falls Church, etc.) Or Lotte Plaza, they are in Chantilly, Fairfax, and Silver Springs MD.
I have found the meat markets at these locations are WAY better in variety than regular supermarkets, not to mention the fresh produce isle.
