Any suggestions on great restaurants in Washingtion DC?

Just looking for a nice restaurant in the DC area; something that will preferably not cost an arm %26amp; a leg.Any suggestions on great restaurants in Washingtion DC?
You've got plenty of dining options in the District and surrounding suburbs. What types of food are you interested in?

I suggest perusing Washingtonian magazine's "Cheap Eats" list, which offers affordable, quality meals for under $25 per person including tax and tip. You can then select type of cuisine and location from the list, and won't break the bank.

We have many favorites: Mandalay (Burmese in Silver Spring, MD); Momiji Japanese Restaurant (Sushi/Hibachi on H Street NW); China Garden (dim sum, near the Rossyln Metro); Udupi Palace/Tiffin (Indian in Takoma Park, MD); along with several enjoyable Thai and Ethiopian restaurants across the area.

Be mindful to include the District's 10% sales tax on prepared food in your dining budget.
