DC/VA/ I need a seafood restaurant that allows cigar smoking?

Good Afternoon -everyone. I need a seafood restaurant, preferably around downtown, Old Town Alexandria or the Rosslyn/Crystal City area that allows cigar smoking - that's a must. I do not drive, my dinner guest is flying in so, we'll take the train.

How can you eat whilst having the taste of a cigar in your mouth? Sorry that's a question of a question isn't it. I doubt any restaurants allow cigar smoke and if they did, I certainly wouldn't dine there!
This answer didn't help at all. You certainly are entitled to your opinion, about smoking in this case, you simply should not have answered.
