Local 16 Restaurant in Washington, DC?

Can anyone tell me about this place....I really want to know if we will be able to see 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop bar.

You will, but the bar on the roof is typically very crowded and there is often a line to get into the establishment...If you don't mind the packed-sardines-in-a-can feeling, you will get a great view of the fireworks...but there are better places to go...



You might consider finding a restaurant in the Arlington, VA area with a patio or roof-top bar where you can enjoy the view and not get tangled up in all that traffic across the river.



I used to have a friend who lived in an Arlington penthouse, and we'd grill out and watch the fireworks every year...he worked for a U-S senator, and, boy, was I sad when he moved back to the west coast!
