Looking for gay friendly restaurant in Washington DC. and Surrounding Area?

It can be any type such as: seafood, steak, Italian, etc.... Just somewhere nice/fancy to go to after we get married!! B-)Looking for gay friendly restaurant in Washington DC. and Surrounding Area?
I'd suggest you call the RNC headquarters. Lots of closeted types will know of some good places.
Check out Busboys %26amp; Poets. It's not fancy, but it does have a very lefty vibe. If there's a left-leaning march in DC, you can be sure folks will go there afterwards. There's one on 14th Street at V, near the U Street Metro station and another at 5th and L (I believe).

Dupont Circle (Red Line) has a number of restaurants, and is known for being very gay friendly. I wouldn't say any are fancy, but you can have a nice celebratory meal.

Congratulations to you both, and best wishes.Looking for gay friendly restaurant in Washington DC. and Surrounding Area?
Any place in the District could fit the bill but you could choose to patronize gay-owned or operated restaurants in Dupont Circle neighborhood or those along the 17th Street NW corridor. We had our reception at our favorite Japanese restaurant in Chinatown (Momiji). Congratulations!
Freddies in Crystal City is great. Fun place. Buzz cupcakes in Alexandria is a great place for cupcakes also. Congratulations!!
The Dupont Circle area of Washington, DC is very gay-friendly. And it happens to be filled with restaurants.
