There are so many good ones! Try an Ethiopian restaurant in Adams-Morgan; or go to Rockville to eat at Amalfi's.
The Diner in Adams Morgan off of 18th. 2 people can easily eat for $20 or under. And the food is good. Be warned it can be real crowded because it's small and popular. Sunday mornings and Friday and Saturday nights are the busiest. Oh and it's open 24 hours.
