My wife and I were just in Puerto Rico. We got to sample some of the local cuisine. The dish that topped the notch was the fried red snapper. They fried the whole fish; head and all. We were wondering if there was a restaurant in the DC MD VA area that offered that dish?Where can we get fried snapper in dc md va?
Go to Yelp http://www.yelp.com but you will have to know what area's you are looking for but put in "Fried Red Snapper" and it will bring up all the restaurant reviews that mention "Fried Red Snapper" then you can take it from there.
