I know there's a Otani in Fairfax. Just about any Japanese steakhouse place does that.

ive seen two or three Benihana's around where i live (Chicago suburbs) which is a franchise restuarant that specializes in the area you specified. they have their own cheesy commercials, too. like other typical Japanese sushi bars, they have tall-hat chefs cooking "teppan-yaki" in front of customers at the bar. its entertaining, but ive become more loyal to local places that have the individual rooms with sliding doors and seating arrangements on the floor consisting of butt cushions and a low table. thats authentic japanese dining right there.
