hey guys! so my school prom is coming up and we don't really know where to go for dinner. we were going for either a Italian place or american food, just as long as its formal! any ideas???Formal Restaurants for Prom in Northern Virginia or DC?

Carrabba's or you can go to The National or Baltimore Harbor... places their like the cheesecake factory Ketchup, etc
