What are the best restaurants for college aged kids in the DC area?

Hi - are there any good restaurants for college aged kids to go to in the DC area? Or maybe is there a neighborhood I should be looking at? My little sister will be turning 21 while interning over there this month and we'd like to get her a gift certificate somewhere.
