Anyone know Chinatown DC real well? I need help!!!?

Me and my father went to a Chinese restaurant in DC YEARS ago... I now want to go back and see if the restaurant is still there... my problem is that I only have a photo to go off and it isn't even a good one. I have searched google and found a small possibility of where it may be located but I am hoping that maybe someone on here knows where it may be. I have no idea what the restaurant is called btw.

The photograph shows China Doll and Da Hua marketplace and bazaar (both now closed as an office building is planned for the space; China Doll has been razed and the former Da Hua building is to be a new Italian restaurant) in the background; my guess is that the photo was taken across H Street at Chinatown Gardens, 618 H Street NW, Washington DC, 20001, which is still open.
I can help to the extent of informing you that most of the Chinese restaurants in DC's Chinatown closed years ago. There's very little left of Chinatown, due in part of the construction of the Verizon Center and the museum and theater corridor.Anyone know Chinatown DC real well? I need help!!!?
You maybe able to find it on Google Map's street view. Type in 7th and H st. NW DC. That will be the center of Chinatown where the arch is. Scan the streets that way.



Like the other person noted there are fewer restaurants that u would normally see. There some other great Chinese restaurants there, so even if you walk the 5 blocks or so that encompass that area and don't find it, i am sure you will be able to have a great time.

Actually, after looking at the photo again I think it may be across the street from Fuddrucker's on the corner, just outside the China Gate. I don't think it's a restaurant now.
i know exactly where it is, but dont know the address! I know for sure if you hop on the metro and get off at gallery place-chinatown stop (green and yellow line) when you get outside you'll be at H and 7th st i think! i know it's Hst and some number, but i think it is 7th because theres a starbucks at the corner and you'll walk pass a bank im not sure the name and it's there.
