Restaurant suggestions for DC?

Any good restaurants in Washington DC you can recommend? Price isn't really a factor, but I would prefer a broad range of suggestions please. I will be there for for 5 days and 5 nights. Thanks in advance.Restaurant suggestions for DC?
If you're there for 5 days, you absolutely have to have Ethiopian--there's a pretty well-established scene there. Someone who's local could probably give you more specific advice, but I had a very good experience at Meskerem in Adams Morgan. If you haven't been to an Ethiopian restaurant before, it's not just the food that's great--it's a very unique dining experience. Here's the info:

For a fun and unique place to eat go to BD's Mongolian Barbeque. The make your own stir fry place. Every kind of meat and vegetable you can think of cooked to order by big guys with large sword-like knives on a big hot round griddle before your very eyes. It is dinner and a show!

Also eating at Union Station is fun. There is an Uno's Pizza that overlooks the big hall. Or the Thunder Grill in the main hall. Union Station is big and opulant with good food and a fun place to people watch.
